We have worked on small local contracts to large scale commercial contracts for Blue Chip companies.

Over our history we have built server rooms, office extensions, new welfare facilities and luxury training centres, plus carried out refurbishment and demolition contracts. We are currently working with local companies on various projects.

We have held a Waste Carrier Licence for many years and we ensure that all of our waste is ethically disposed of .

Domestic clients

Love your house and need more space, but don’t want to move? Just had a baby and could do with another room?

We have carried out a wide range of different projects for our domestic clients. From a small porch extension to new build properties; we can accommodate all your specific requirements.

From initial design, via our network of accredited architects, to liaising with the local council. We will also consult with building control ensuring an approved finish with all the appropriate certification.

We have been complemented numerous times on our site cleanliness and ability to treat your property with respect, whilst progressing with your works.

We pride ourselves on our approach to health and safety and therefore will comply with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, which, as a domestic client, you have roles and responsibilities to adhere to. Maintenance and insurance works

We can carry out general repairs to your property – replace some paving, install a new bathroom or perhaps refit your kitchen.

We are an approved contractor to several insurance companies and have completed a full house refit and a ground floor refurbishment both as a result of flooding. This included relaying all the internal floors, re-plastering the walls, rewiring the entire house (full house refit only) and refitting both the kitchens to a high specification (plus the bathroom in the whole house refit).

We have also worked on several fire damaged properties too, which included new roof constructions and complete refurbishments.

New builds

Having built numerous properties from scratch, we understand that this is your future home and not just another house.

From architect drawings compiled by our accredited partners, to liaising with building control, we ensure that your ideas are completely understood and that your new home is professionally constructed. Swift will meet with all your requirements, plus deliver the project on time and to budget.

An estimated cost, based on a simple design and a floor area of your new home, can be ascertained early on in the project. We will work with you to keep size and ideas within your budget. We can then finalise the design and you will know that your project is financially viable.
